We ship Monday-Friday except on holidays. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class International and are insured for the full amount of items purchased. Due to our (amazing!) location on an island in the middle of the Pacific, we cannot ship Overnight or 2-day to the US mainland.
Once your order is received, you will receive an email with order confirmation and another email once it is shipped out including your tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking to update once you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping a gift? We do not provide gift wrapping but if you would like a gift receipt (packing slip that does not show prices) please enter a note to request one on your cart checkout page. If you would like a handwritten note on the packing slip, please also provide the text you would like written and include that in the notes on the cart checkout page.
Shipments that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier company but were not received by you for any reason will NOT be refunded. We are happy to help point you in the right direction to work with the carrier company and provide any information you may need in the process of filing a claim.
