We ship Monday-Friday except on holidays.
Domestic U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Mail Express. Due to our (amazing!) location on an island in the middle of the Pacific, we cannot ship Overnight or 2-day to the US mainland.
Kamaʻaina: USPS Shipping to neighbor islands is automatically FREE unless you want Express delivery.
Insurance for Domestic Shipments: USPS First Class does NOT include insurance. USPS Priority Mail automatically comes with $50 insurance included. USPS Priority Express Mail comes with $100 insurance included.
Insurance for International Shipments: USPS First Class International does NOT include insurance. Please keep this in mind when choosing your ship options. USPS Priority International and USPS Priority Express International both come with $200 insurance included.
**IF YOU CHOOSE A SHIPPING METHOD THAT DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE (USPS First Class or USPS First Class International) AND THE SHIPMENT IS LOST, WE CAN NOT ISSUE YOU A FULL REFUND. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND WHEN DECIDING ON SHIP METHOD.**
Once your order is received by us, you will receive an email with order confirmation and another email once it is shipped out including your tracking information. Please allow some time for tracking to update once you receive your shipping confirmation.
Shipping a gift? We do not provide gift wrapping. All orders come with gift receipt (no prices included on packing slip). If you would like a handwritten note on the packing slip, please provide the text you would like written under "Order Notes" on your cart checkout page.
Shipments that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier company but were not received by you for any reason will NOT be refunded. We are happy to help point you in the right direction to work with the carrier company and provide any information you may need in the process of filing a claim.
