APPAREL FAQ's

LOOKS LIKE MOST OF YOUR APPAREL IS SCREEN PRINTED BY HAND. WHAT KIND OF FABRICS DO YOU PRINT ON?

The two major brands we prefer for our hand-screen printed apparel are Bella + Canvas and Alternative Apparel. Here's why we chose these two companies:

-Bella + Canvas

  • Clean Cotton: We comb out 2.5x more impurities than standard ring spun cotton
  • Long Staple Cotton: This makes for less stray fibers and a tight-knit print surface
  • Eco-Dyed: Our fabric is dyed using 7x less water and eco-friendly dyes

-Alternative Apparel

  • Organic Cotton -Approximately 60K lbs of organic cotton used annually in place of conventional cotton.
  • Post-Consumer Recycled Poylester- Approximately 1.8M plastic bottles recycled annually used in our Alternative-Eco fabrics
  • Low-Impact Dyes - Low-impact dyes, biodegradable fabric softeners and washes with reclaimed water.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging - 2,100 trees, 400 cubic yards of landfill, 860k gallons of water and 120 tons of CO2 conserved annually

IS YOUR APPAREL PRE-SHRUNK?

Bella + Canvas and Alternative Apparel items are always specially washed, which not only gives them their super soft texture, but pre-shrinks them as well. As with all jersey garments, however, they may shrink a little in the wash and stretch a little during wear. 

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY SOLEY ALOHA APPAREL?

While the fabric is pre-shrunk, we do highly recommend to wash with cold water and like colors. Tumble dry on low is recommended as well. Care instructions are also listed on each individual garment tag. Please double check those specific instructions before washing.

HOW DO YOUR SIZES WORK?

Our garments come in multiple fits, including regular fit, slim fit, relaxed fit, etc. but because they are preshrunk they can tend to run slightly small. See individual product descriptions for any items that don't run true to size. Size charts are included on each product page as well.

WHAT PAYMENT TYPES DO YOU ACCEPT?

Soley Aloha accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), PayPal Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay for your convenience.

CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?

Yes, we can via any USPS shipping options. UPS does not ship to PO boxes.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we do ship to most locations worldwide using USPS International, UPS or DHL. Choices will be given at checkout.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY SHIPMENT WHEN IT ARRIVES?

We do not require signature for residential deliveries. The delivery service will leave the package(s) at your home.

WHAT IF I DIDN'T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE?

Please notify us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date indicated on your tracking. Shipments that have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier company but were not received by you for any reason will NOT be refunded. We are happy to help point you in the right direction to work with the carrier company and provide any information you may need in the process of filing a claim.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?

 DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

We do sell gift cards that can be used both online and in-store. Gift cards purchased online will be emailed a code that can be used at checkout for payment in the amount the card was issued for. The email code you receive can be forwarded to the person you wish to give the gift card to. The email can also be printed out and given physically to the receiver. See below for more details.

DOES THE GIFT CARD EXPIRE?

There is no expiration date on our gift cards.

CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes, provided there is still a balance remaining on the card.

CAN GIFT CARDS BE RELOADED?

No, you can't reload a gift card.

CAN MORE THAN ONE GIFT CARD BE USED TOWARD A PURCHASE?

Yes. A customer can redeem more than one gift card during checkout.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?

Customers are not able to check their balance. Please contact us and we can send you that information.

CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED TO BUY A GIFT CARD?

No, you can't use a gift card to buy another gift card.

CAN A GIFT CARD BE USED TO PAY SHIPPING AND TAXES?

Yes, gift cards are currency and can be applied to the final order total which includes shipping and taxes.

CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT CODE WHEN PURCHASING A GIFT CARD?

Discount codes cannot be used to purchase gift cards.

CAN GIFT CARDS PAY FOR ORDERS THAT HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE APPLIED?

Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.
